According to Beijing IP Court announcement on 2019 Zhongguancun Forum, from November 2014 to June 2019 Beijing IP Court concluded 10,755 foreign related cases. In the foreign related civil cases the foreign parties won 68% and in administrative cases foreign parties won 49%. Both figures do not include cases where both plaintiff and defendant are foreign.

Average damages awarded is CNY1.36 million (US$200,000).
