Today, CNIPA announced that as of Jan 1, 2020, trademark opposition decisions will be published on CNIPA website (http://sbj.cnipa.gov.cn/). The decisions should be published within 20 working days from the date CNIPA mails out the respective decisions.

The relevant parties can request CNIPA not to publish the opposition decisions. Some decisions may not be published if they involve trade secrets or personal private information.
